"There really is very little
you need to know
about meditation
in order to meditate deeply.

The simplest of meditation techniques
can take you into
very high states of bliss.

Whether it be simply
watching your breath
move in and out of your body,

silently repeating the name of
a Saint, Guru or God
with every breath,

or focusing on your sense
of existing beyond thought.

It is not the technique
which is so important
but rather your focus
with that technique.

Through one pointed focus
on the meditation technique,
you quickly move beyond
your constant mental chatter
into the clarity of awareness itself.

If you focus on an object long enough
without allowing any distraction,
subject and object become one.

You come to the essence
of attention
which is awareness.

While focus is directing your attention
towards an object,

awareness is resting
as attention itself.

So techniques
are easy ways
to bypass the mind
to awareness itself.

If I tell you to be aware,
you could spend the next
thousand years
trying to figure out what that means.

If I tell you to sit down,
close your eyes and watch
your breath,
you could be blissful
within minutes.

I am asking all to put up prayers today. My girlfriend is in the fight of her life right now. She is an addict and intervention is being sought.

I pray to the Creator, to the Angels that surround and keep us safe...I pray to THe mother of all...to Magdaline that all will be well. That the time for the path to healing is here and that they give her the strength needed in this step towards becoming clean. That they all surround and fill her and those around her with light and unconditional love.

for it has been written...Love conquers all...

I have loved you before,
I love you know..
I will love you again
as time returns...

forever, always...no time is time...

for ears to hear, may they hear...for eyes to see mat they see...
